Le Miz in living room size stage - works well

One on One with Jean Valjean and

his 40 year romp.

There are a few of productions of Les Miserables - Musical here in the Bay Area this winter/spring - all receiving great reviews and nice ticket sales - in fact Portola Valley Theatre Conservatory version of Les Miz was sold out before their opening night. -

I want to congratulate the cast - its an amazing smaller production - One on One with Jean Valjean and his 40 year romp. Jeffrey Ramos, David Galpin Fiona Ryan, Lether Pathak, Torrey Rothetein, Mitchel WalterMatt Waters, Mark Goodman-Morris, Claire Conger, Max Ball - and the whole cast - This was such a living room production of this musical and a powerful way to see this amazing 3 hour musical.
They didn't have a program for me to use to acknowledge the folks involved, sorry if i miss name some of the cast.

Cheryl Goodman Morris  directed a cast of 45 in space that doesn't hold much more room than your living room. She has been working on this production for close to a year "LeMiz is a huge undertaking for a small theatre company to pull off, its has taken me every waken minute since last summer to make this happen" says Cheryl.  Her version also includes a very modern touch to the story - some cast members are seen with lap tops and cell phones, this company brings the show to current times and politics.

Dan Gaplin (City Limelighters) plays the lead and brings this show home, he is excellent. The show is sold out - and this cast is to be congratulated for bringing the little Cosette to the small hidden town in Portola Valley Ca.
